To further facilitate agreement on pricing I work closely with the banks and will complete a bank valuation of my seller's properties at no cost to them. The bank valuers by the sheer nature of their work get to see and do valuations on 100's of properties every year. They are possibly the best-placed professionals to evaluate your most valuable asset.
